議 題 Topics：
１．前回会議報告の承認について
承認された。
1.Confirmation of the March GOSC Meeting Summary
It was approved.
２．第２６回ジャンボレット実行委員会発足について
下記の通り決定された。
①実行委員会組織は第２４回ジャンボレットと同様とすることが決定された。
②実行委員会の開催は、GOSC終了後とすること。
③４月度GOSC終了後、予備実行委員会を開催することが承認された。
④第１回実行委員会は５月２日（木）に開催すること。
2. The estabblishment of the Jamborette
It was decided as follows.
①It has been determined the organization chart of the executive committee will be the same as the 24th Jamboletｔ.
②The executive committee meeting should be held after the GOSC meeting.
③It has been approved that a preliminary Jamborette executive committee meeting will be held after the April GOSC meeting ends.
④The first executive committee meeting will be held on May 2 (Thu).
３．BSAJゴルフ大会について
BSAは下記の通り案内した。
期　日 ：２０２４年５月４日（土）
場　所 ：太陽ゴルフ場（具志川市）
費　用：８０ドル（プレー費、タオル、ティー、ゴルフボール、昼食、賞品を含む）
申込締切 ： ４月２９日 (月）
3.BSA Golf Tournament
BSA informed as follows.
When ： May 04（Sat）,2024
Where : Taiyo Golf Course
Cost: $80 (includes playing fee, towels, tees, golf balls, lunch, and prizes)
Dead line : April 29 (Mon)
４．ゴミ拾いの日について
BSAは下記の通りゴミ拾いの日を行うことを案内した。
期　日 ：２０２４年５月４日（土）
場　所 ：各隊が選択
報　告 ： 終了後写真をアップして報告する。
4.Trash the trash day

Where : Each unit chooses
Report: Upload photos and report after completion.
５．BSA地区表彰夕食会について
BSAは下記の通り案内した。
場　所 ：ロッカー下士官クラブ（嘉手納基地）
会　費 ：２０ドル
申込締切 ：４月２５日（木）
メニュー ： 申込時にチキン、ビーフ、シーフードのどちらに報告するぶこと
5.BSA District Award Banquet

Where : Rocker Enlisted club on Kadean Air Base
Dead line : April 26 (Fri)
Menu: Choose chicken, beef, or seafood at the time of application.
６．SAJトーテムポール完成披露祝賀会について
期　日：２０２４年５月５日（日）１３：００
場　所：源河野営場（名護市源河）
内　容：①式典、②祝賀会
会　費：￥２０００
参加申込締め切り：４月１８日（木）

記念品：沖縄スカウトクラブ２０周年記念事業トーテムポール製作資金寄付者に対して下右記協力者証ワッペンを贈呈
招待者：①来賓、②沖縄スカウトクラブ２０周年記念事業トーテムポール製作資金寄付者、③県連理事、④県連評議員、⑤スカウトの参加は不可とする。
駐車場：
①参加者は源河公民館に駐車する
②参加者は源河公民館で受付をする
③参加者はシャトル便で源河野営場を往復する。
6.Totem pole completion celebration
When ： 13:00 May 05（Sun）,2024
Where : Genka Camp Ground
Content ： ①Ceremony, ②Celebration party
Cost : ￥２０００/person
Deadline for participation application ： April 18 (Thu)
Souvenir ： Okinawa Scout Club 20th Anniversary Project Totem Pole Production Fund Donors will be presented with the
Cooperation Certificate Patch shown on the rite.
Invitees ：①Guests,②Donors of Okinawa Scout Club 20th Anniversary Project Totem Pole Production Funds, ③Okinawa
Council Directors, ④ Okinawa Council Councilors, ⑤ Scouts are not allowed to participate.
Parking : ①Participants will park at the Genｋa Community
Center.
②Participants will register at the Genga Community Center.
③Participants will be shuttled to Genka Campground from the Genka Community Center by shuttle service.

BSAは、柳沢氏が下記の通り来沖する旨報告した。

目　的　：スコットさんと金城宜嗣さんとシースカウトについて話し合うこと
7.Mr. Yanagisawa's visit to Okinawa

What : He wants to meet with Scott -san Kinjo-san, (to discuss Sea Scouts)
