香港・沖縄交流会第2回会議開催2nd Online meeting for HK-OKA Exchange Event
香港ボーイスカウト一行約３０名との交流会が、７月２６日（土）石垣市に於いて、７月３０日（水）豊見城市立中央公民館に於いて開催されるに当たって、香港・沖縄スカウト交流会第２回準備オンライン会議が下記の通り開催されました。
An exchange meeting with about 30 members of the Hong Kong Boy Scouts will be held on July 26th (Saturday) in Ishigaki City and on July 30th (Wednesday) at Tomigusuku City Central Community Center. Therefore, the "2nd Hong Kong-Okinawa Scout Exchange Meeting Preparation Online Meeting" was held as follows.

１．各団参加者数について
各団から以下の通り報告された。
与那原1団：VS３名、BS９名、指導者４名
北谷１団：VS４名
沖縄1団：VS４名、指導者１名
那覇１６団：VS２名、指導者２名
豊見城１団：VS１名、BS４名、CS７名、BVS４名、指導者１４名

The following was reported by each unit:
Yonabaru 1：3 VSs、9 BSs、4 Leaders
Chatan 1：4 VSs、3 Leaders
Okinawa 1：4 VSs、1 Leader

２.持ち寄り料理について
前回会議に於いて、各団から料理を各団参加者数X２名分を持ち寄ることが決定されたことに当たり、各団から以下の通り持ちより料理名が報告された。
与那原1団：カレーとナン、北谷１団：焼きそば、沖縄1団：未定、那覇１６団：未定、豊見城１団：助六
２.Potluck dishes
At the previous meeting, it was decided that each unit would bring 2 times the amount of food for the number of participants in each unit. Each unit reported the names of the dishes they would bring as follows:
Yonabaru 1： Curry & Naan, Chatan 1： Fried noodles, Okinawa 1： Undecided, Naha 16： Undecided, Tomigusuku 1：Sushi
３．プログラムについて
提供演技について以下の通り参加団から報告があった。
与那原１団：松本CS副長によるサンシン演奏
豊見城１団：指導者による獅子舞決定、沖縄尚学高校ハンドベル部による演奏（依頼中）
北谷1団：VSによる空手柄演舞

Yonabaru1: Play Sanshin by Mr. Matsumoto (Pack Yonabaru 1 Assistant Cub Master)
Tomigusuku 1 : Lion dancing by leaders, The Okinawa Shogaku Senior High School handbell club’s performance (now
requesting)Chatan1 : Karate paformance (Chatan 1)
４．司会について
日英バイリンガルの北谷日本側の司会を、また１団ベンチャーにた香港サイドからも人選していただき、ペアで司会を務めてもらうことになった。
香港サイドの人選については、アンガス陳さんが６月３０日に香港に帰省した際に確認する。
４．MC
It was decided that the bilingual Chatan 1 Group Venture would act as the MC for the Japan side. We also asked someone from Hong Kong side to be the MC in pairs.
The selection of personnel from the Hong Kong side will be Confirmed when Mr. Angus Chan returns to Hong Kong on
June 30th.
５．式次第について
中井評議員が今週中に試案を作成することになった。

Mr. Nakai will be creating a draft proposal within this week.
６．役割分担について
以下の通り決定した。

北谷１団 ：司会（VS)

GOSC５月度会議において、案内しているがGOSC7月度会議に於いて参加希望隊があるかどうか確認することになった。
