アメリカボーイスカウト極東連盟スカウトBSA第１０１隊のエスピリツ海君の嘉手納空軍基地内高校卒業の祝賀会が、６月７日（土）、午後１時より、エスピリツ家庭園で開催され、中井健さん（県連盟評議員、沖縄スカウトクラブ会長、豊見城1団団委員長）と玉城譲治さん（県連盟評議員、沖縄スカウトクラブ会長、豊見城1団団委員長）が招かれて出席しました。
A celebration for the graduation of Kai Espiritu from Kadena Air Base High School was held on Saturday, June 7th at 1pm at the Espiritu Family's Garden.
From SAJ Mr. Ken Nakai (Okinawa Council Councilor, Okinawa Scout Club President, Scout Group Tomigusuku 1 Chairman) and Mr. Joji Tamashiro (Okinawa Council Councilor, Okinawa Scout Club Vice President, Scout Group Naha 16 Chairman) were invited to attend.
ご承知のことと存じますが、海君一家は、彼のイーグルスカウトプロジェクトとして、源河野営場に２基のキャンプファイヤーピットを製作、寄贈して沖縄県連盟とは懇意にしている関係にあります。
As you may know, Kai and his family have a good relationship with the Okinawa Council SAJ, having built and donated two campfire pits to the Genka Campground as part of his Eagle Scout project.
この日、中井さんはSAJの夏季ユニフォームのポロシャツを、玉城さんはかりゆしウェアをお祝いに贈って卒業を祝福しました。
On this day, Mr. Nakai presented the graduates with SAJ summer uniform polo shirts, and Mr. Tamashiro presented him with Kariyushi wear as congratulatory gifts to celebrate his graduation.
なお、海君はメリーランド州アナポリスの海軍兵学校に進学するそうです。
Kai will be attending the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
