２．BSA地区表彰夕食会について
BSAは地区改編のため、これまでの地区表彰夕食会の開催が困難になったと説明した。
2.BSA District Award Banquet
BSA explained that due to district reorganization, it has become difficult to hold district awards dinners as in the past.
２．BSAカブスカウトデイキャンプについて
BSAは下記の通り案内した。

４．香港ボーイスカウトとの交流会について
SAJは、①香港ボーイスカウトのベンチャー・ローバー約３０名が７月２５日（金）から３０日（水）の日程で石垣島・沖縄本島を訪問すること。
②下記の通り沖縄本島での交流会実施すること。
期 日 ：7月３０日（水）、１２：００～１４：００
場 所 ：豊見城市立中央公民館
③BSAからの参加を要望する、その際の条件はA.昼食として1品持ち寄り、B.歌等の出し物を提供することと、案内した。
4.SAJ Exchange meeting with the Hong Kong Boy Scouts
SAJ reported that ①approximately 30 Venture & Rovers from the Hong Kong Boy Scouts will visit Ishigaki Island and Okinawa Island from July 25th (Friday) to July 30 (Wed). ② SAJ decided to hold a social gathering in Okinawa Island as follows.
When ： July 30 （Wed） 12:00 - 14:00
Where : Tomigusuku Central Community Center
③SAJ requested that BSA participate, and explained that the conditions for this were: A. Bring the potluck lunch and B. provide the performance such as singing, dancing etc..
