２．BSAスカウトゴミ拾いの日について
SAJは、豊見城1団の日英文チラシを持参し、下記の通り実施する旨案内した。
行事名：ビーチ清掃、浜辺の生き物観察＆水遊び
開催趣旨：この行事は、5月の第1土曜日に世界中のスカウトのための国際的な平和のメッセンジャープロジェ
クトの「Scouts Trash the trash（スカウトのゴミの日）」の一環として、アメリカボーイスカウトともに、ボーイスカウト豊見城１団の団行事として開催する。
また、せっかくのビーチでの行事なので、「海辺の生き物観察＆水遊び」として潮干狩り、水遊びも併せて行う。
ビーチ清掃では、各スカウトは友人や家族を連れてそれぞれ少なくとも1キロ(2.2ポンド)のゴミを拾うように求
められる。
期 日 ：５月３日（土）、１０：００～１２：００
場 所 ：玻名城ビーチ（八重瀬町）
対 象 ：日米のビーバー・カブ・ボーイ・ベンチャー及びその家族

2.Scouts Trash the trash
SAJ brought along a flyer in both Japanese and English for Scout Group Tomigusuku Tomigusuku 1 and explained
that the event would be held as follows:
Event name: Beach cleanup, observing beach creatures & playing in the water
Purpose : This event is held on as part of the "Scouts Trash the trash" which is held first Saturday of Mayevent
of the International Messenger of Peace Project for scouts around the world, and is held as a event by the Scout
Group Tomigusuku 1 and Scouting America Pack 1 Also, since this is an event held on the beach, Beach cleanup,
observing beach creatures & playing in the water will also be included as part of the "observing beach creatures"
program.
For the beach cleanup, each Scout is asked to bring along a friend or family member to pick up at least 1 kilogram
(2.2pounds) of trash each.

３．BSA地区表彰夕食会について
BSAは当初５月１０日開催予定の地区表彰夕食会を延期することにしたため、期日、場所、費用、申込締切は

The BSA has decided to postpone the district awards dinner originally scheduled for May 10, so the date, location, cost and registration deadline have yet to be determined.
４．BSAリーダー懇親会について
BSAは以下の通り案内した。
趣旨：沖縄のスカウティングを前進させるために、リーダーと一緒に楽 しいコミュニティと素晴らしい会話の夜を過ごす。
美味しい前菜とソフトドリンクは用意されている。
アルコール飲料各自負担。

場所：ロッカー下士官クラブ花火パテオ（嘉手納基地）

4.Scouting America Leaders Happy Hour Mixer

Forward in Okinawa!

adults-only event.
