トーテムポール足場撤去② Repaired the totem pole ②
沖縄スカウトクラブ（中井健会長）の伊波亮製作班副班長が、４月１２日（金）、源河野営場に於いて、トーテムポールの最終チェック行ったとのレポートがありましたので、以下に紹介します。
There is a report that Mr. Ryo Iha, the production team sub leader of the Okinawa Scout Club (President Mr. Ken Nakai), conducted a final check of the totem pole at the Genka campground on April 12 (Fri). So we introduce it below.
今日は朝から 天気がいいので気になっているトーテムポールを再度最終チェックしてきました。
足場の一番上に登って一つ一つの 彫り物を見ているとやはりLINEがまだ綺麗に塗られてない部分があったので、とりあえずキジムナーとリュウキュウコノハズクとリュウキュウイノシシまでを足場がある間にLINEでペンキ塗りしてきました。
The weather has been nice since this morning, so I did a final check on the totem pole that I'm curious about.
While the scaffolding was still there. When I climbed to the top of the scaffolding and looked at each carving, I Noticed that there were parts of the LINE that hadn't been painted Neatly yet, so I painted the lines on the Kijimuna, Ryukyu Scops Owl, and Ryukyu Wild Boar.
ヤンバルクイナとマングースにはまだ手を付けていません。この２つは足場に登らなくても手の届く範囲にあります。皆さんの中のどなたかが最後の輪郭ラインのペンキ塗りした方が非常に動物が浮き立つと思います。誰かがやってくださいね～
I haven't touched the Yanbaru rail and mongoose yet. These two items are within reach without having to climb the scaffolding. I think it would make the animal stand out even more if someone painted the final outline line. Someone please do it.
トーテムポールの足場は今日解体しました。解体した資材はそばの方にきれいに片付け搬送できるように置いてあります。
I dismantled the totem pole scaffolding today. The dismantled materials are placed near the totem pole so that they can be neatly cleaned up and transported.
後は銘板のコンクリート打ちと取り付けを残すだけです。
All that remains is to pour the concrete and install the nameplate.
