１．前回会議報告の承認について
承認された。

It was approved.

２．BSAJゴルフ大会について
BSAは期日が５月４日の予定から下記の通り変更になった旨報告した。
期　日 ：２０２４年１１月１５日（金）、場　所 ：太陽ゴルフ場（具志川市）、費　用：８０ドル（プレー費、タオル、ティー、ゴルフボール、昼食、賞品を含む）
2.BSA Golf Tournament
The BSA reported that event date has been changed from May 4 (Sat) as follows:
When ： November 15（Fri）,2024, Where : Taiyo Golf Course,
Cost: $80 (includes playing fee, towels, tees, golf balls, lunch, and prizes)

３．ゴミ拾いの日２０２４について
BSAは下記の通り案内した。

４．BSA地区表彰夕食会について
BSAは現在、１２６名（SAJ１０名）の申込があることを報告した。

５．SAJトーテムポール完成披露祝賀会について
SAJは下記の通り案内した。

記念品：沖縄スカウトクラブ２０周年記念事業トーテムポール製作資金寄付者に対して協力者証ワッペンを贈呈
