豊見城1団は、４月１３日（日）午前、豊見城市立中央公民館に於いて、入隊と上進式を実施しました。
Scout Group Tomigusuku1 held its Crossover and Entrance ceremony on the morning of Sunday, April 13th at the Tomigusuku City Central Community Center.
上進式は、４月から６年生になった女子スカウト1名が、川に見立てたブルーシートのカブ側川岸からボーイ側川岸に飛び越えた後、左手で隊旗を手に取り、右手でボーイのスカウトサインをして、「スカウトのちかい」、「スカウトのおきて」、「スカウトのモットー」、「スローガン」をすらすらと述べることができました。
At the crossover ceremony, a female scout who started sixth grade in April jumped from the Beaver side of the blue tarp, which was meant to represent a river, to the Cub side.
She then held the pack flag in her left hand, made the Boy Scout sign with her right hand, and was able to fluently recite the Scout Oath, Scout Law, Scout Motto, and Slogan.
また、入隊する男子スカウト1名は、外間隊長が唱える「スカウトのちかい」、「スカウトのおきて」、「スカウトのモットー」、「スローガン」を隊長の後からに唱えることができました。
In addition, one male scout joining the Troop was able to recite the "Scout Oath," "Scout Law," "Scout Motto," and "Slogan" following his Scoutmaster Mr. Hokama.
そして、上進者、入隊者にはボーイ隊長から進級手帳、ネッカチーフが贈られてて上進・入隊が許可されました。
The two scouts were presented with promotion notebooks and neckerchiefs by the Scoutmaster and were given permission to crossover and join the troop.
一方、カブ隊の入隊式では、入隊する男子スカウト1名が、大嶺カブ隊副長が唱える「カブスカウトの「やくそく」、「カブ隊のさだめ」、「カブスカウトのモットー」、「スローガン」を副長の後からに唱えることができました。
Meanwhile, at the Pack Entrance Ceremony, one male scout joining the pack was able to recite the Cub Scout Promise, Cub Pack Rules, Cub Scout Motto, and Slogan following the assistant Cubmaster, Mrs. Omine.
そして、カブ隊入隊者にはカブ副長からカブブック、ネッカチーフを貰って入隊が許可されました。
He was then given a Cub book and a neckerchief by the Assistant Cubmaster and given permission to join.
最後に全員で香港ボーイスカウト出身のアンガス・陳団委員のリードで、香港式のエールをして、皆で入隊・上進のお祝いをしました。
Finally, Mr. Angus Chan, a former member of the Hong Kong Boy Scouts and current member of the Scout Group Tomigusuku 1 Committee, led a Hong Kong-style cheer to celebrate the members' joining and promotion.
この日は、ビーバーへの入隊希望者が欠席だったため、ビーバー隊の入隊式は後日行うことになりました。
Since those who wanted to join Beaver were absent on the day, the Beaver colony enlistment ceremony will be held at a later date.
